At Team Atnip, we support and motivate each other. Our entire company structure and philosophy is based on the concept of teamwork. Whether it’s sharing success stories during our weekly conference calls, pitching in at another area’s trade show, collaborating tactics to introduce a new item, or brainstorming ways to counter a customer’s objection, we’re always there for each other and always have each other’s backs.
The account managers and inside sales support members are an integral part of Team Atnip. Working closely with the sales force, they provide a much-needed home base from which information is distributed, questions are answered, and orders are placed. We regularly set team sales goals and reward the entire crew for an effort well done, because we believe that success is easier to achieve when it’s a group effort and more fun to celebrate, too.
The strength of the team is each individual member.
The strength of each member is the team.
